You reservation is secured by payment in full, 14 days in advance of arrival.
To secure a phone or email booking, a deposit will be required. Management will notify you of the deposit amount by either phone or email. Once paid, the deposit is not refundable.
Payments made within 14 days of arrival are not refundable. No monies will be refunded for booking cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
Date changes may be possible with 14 days notice, but are subject to availability.
We charge per person.
If you have an issue with the payment procedure on our website or your card is rejected please contact us immediately to ensure your room doesn’t get booked by someone else.
There is a complete inventory of everything in the room. We do a complete inventory at the end of every stay.
If you feel we are missing something for your comfort or convenience, please let us know.
Please inform us immediately of any damage. Failure to do so will incur a charge.
Management reserves the right to take a credit card imprint and sight photo identification at check-in.
On street parking available directly in front of the property.
Check in and check out procedure: Check in is at 2pm. If your room was vacant the night before your arrival, then you may be able to check in earlier. However, you will need to arrange this in advance with management.
If your room needs to be cleaned you can either store your bags with management and go out until check-in at 2pm, or make yourself comfortable in our living room while you wait.
Please note that check out is at 10am.
We have a self check in system, so you can check in any time after 2pm. Your room number will be posted on the Welcome Notice in the hallway as you enter the house. Your room key will be on a side table or fridge in your room. Please leave your key where you found it upon check out.
